For my card I used the super cute older stamp set called Welcome to the World, which was released in February of 2018. I love this one when it first came out and I still do now. I especially love this stamp, the stork carrying the new baby in it's beak. There are two other lovely main images and several sentiments. I especially like that it has a 'boy' and a 'girl' stamp. Not all sets have that. I used some lovely Wisteria Wonder card stock for the base and also for the image frame. The patterned paper is from the Nana's Nursery pad. I also used the sentiment 'It's A Boy' from the Baby Love stamp set, which was released at the same time as Welcome to the World.

Kraftin' Kimmie's July Release!

Okay, so it's finally release time and also time for a Blog Hop. Hope you all have fun visiting the blogs of all the amazing Design Team members for Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps.

For my final card, I once again used a stamp from the super cute Long In The Tooth set. I used the little guy peeking out through the port hole. Just a simple card, but I had so much fun searching out a wave stencil and the gorgeous Let's Be Mermaid pattern paper. As you can see, I used the 'I Will Walrus Be Here For You' sentiment. There are 4 more equally funny sentiments. Hope you have fun hopping around.

I Love You Tons!

Hi everyone!  I sure can't say our weather has got any better here near London, Ontario, thank the Lord for air-conditioning!!

Well, today we are showcasing the awesome set 'Long In The Tooth' at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps.  Another super cute set featuring walruses, accessories and five hilarious sentiments.  I used this one of the three walruses and being silly, I added the beachball from the June stamp set 'Turtley Awesome', before sitting the adorable seagull on top of the ball.  I have been wanting to get back to making slimline cards for a very long time, so that's what I did today.  It was fun, I will be sure to do it again.  The card base is retired S.U. Baja Breeze, I matted Poppy Parade onto it and the patterned papers are Mermaid Dreams by Echo Park.  I used my narrow oval Spellbinders for the main image, the scalloped frame is also Poppy Parade.  I chose the sentiment 'Love You Tons' for this one, but can't wait to use the others on more cards.

July Krafty Peeks at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

Good morning all you crafty peeps!  Hope you are having a good one!  Here in S.W. Ontario, it is crazy hot and humid.  I think yesterday was a record high.

Well, this is my post for today, using the super cute 'Be A Mermaid' stamp set from Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps.  I love this set, there are so many beautiful mermaids, a merman, a dolphin and two manta rays, not to mention three little shells and three awesome sentiments.

I used one of the adorable mermaids along with one of the super cute rays.  Of course it is coloured with my trusty Copics and though you can't see it in the photo (rats), I have used Stickles on her hair adornments, tail and on the ray.  Also around the border on the image layer.  I used retired Kiwi Kiss for the card base, and matted also retired Pixie Pink outside of the patterned paper, which is from the Doodlebug 'Under the Sea' pad.  I added some Kiwi Kiss ribbon and a few pearly dots.  This card was lots of fun to make.

April Krafty Peeks, Day One!!

Welcome to Day ONE of our April Krafty Peeks at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

We are ready to celebrate and inspire you with

THREE new stamp sets, TWO new stencils, a brand new INK colour and some new Krafty DOTS!

Who's ready to celebrate SPRING?

We're kicking off the fun with a sweet new SPRING set from artist Neda Sadreddin and it's called.....

HERE COMES THE SUN!

I used the sweet image of the little girl with the bird on her hand. Also I added the happy sun image. The whole set is adorable, there is another image of the wee girl stepping in a puddle and the cutest little duck, also in a puddle. Then there are two little clouds and a couple of flowers. Also three lovely sentiments. I used 'Here Comes The Sun'. I know I will be using this set a lot. Anyway, I digress. I actually started this card for the challenge for this week, which was a recipe, to use two layers, a stencil and some red. I then realized I could not post it as the stamp set was not to be released until this weekend. I used the Kraftin' Kimmie stencil 'Sprinkles' with Sapphire Blue Glimmer Paste, it's so glittery IRL. My cardstocks are Poppy Parade, Bermuda Bay and Barely Banana for the sun and sentiment. I added some cute flowery ribbon, some red gems and I think that's it.

As you hop around the Krafty Team's blogs today you will see the HERE COMES THE SUN stamp set in action in combination with our all of our other awesome new APRIL Kraftin' Kimmie products!

You will spot our newest addition to the Krafty Kolours Hybrid Ink rainbow! It's an amazing dark royal purple named GORGEOUS GRAPE!

That's A Wrap!

February Krafty Peeks

It's our FINAL day of peeks at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps and everything you've seen us share this week will be in the online shop on Sunday afternoon!
We are closing things out with a brand new adorable stamp set from artist Neda Sadreddin called....

THAT'S A WRAP!

You'll get to see all sorts of sweet creations featuring THAT'S A WRAP! as you hop around the Krafty Team blogs today! PLUS you'll see some of the other goodies in action....like our new stencils, new ink and new Krafty Dots!

For today's Peek, I used the Chubby Clouds stencil, which is released this week along with the other goodies. I pasted on Nuvo Moonstone Glitter Paste, to make my clouds glittery and I used Doodlebug 'Fun In The Sun' patterned paper, I liked the idea that our girl might be dreaming that she's somewhere tropical. The base and the frame are Crisp Cantaloupe and the matting is Gable Green. I added some flower buttons with a small enamel dot in the centre. I finished off with some green grosgrain ribbon.

Challenge #516 - Combine Stamp Sets!

It was fun going through my Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps deciding which ones to put together.  I settled on the ,You Are A Squeakheart, set, using one of the very cute mice from that and I took the little snail bearing mail from the Love Bugs stamp set, just released a couple of weeks ago.  I used the little sentiment from the Love Bugs set too.  I hope it looks like he or she is delivering a letter or card to the mouse.  That was my intent anyway.

I used my very last sheet of Pixie Pink for this card.  It has long been retired.  I'm always sad when I finish up my retired card stocks.  Anyway, I digress.  I used it for the card base and also for the frame behined the sentiment. I used papers from a fabulous new pad from Kraftin' Kimmie's last Shop the Box and I didn't even realize before I opened it to use, that it had envelopes on some of the papers.  It's called Love Notes by Doodlebug.  I put a border of yellow card stock behind the main papers, then I used another design from that pad in yellow, matted on Poppy Parade.  I coloured the little cuties with my Copics, die cut the image with Spellbinders Labels V, then used the largest die in the set to make a Poppy Parade border behind it.  To finish it off, I put Yellow stickles all around the edge of the image and added a few red Kraftin' Kimmie Dots.

I think that's it.  That was fun, can't wait to make another card.  Now it's your turn to create something using two KK stamp sets.  You can do it!!

Kraftin' Kimmie Love/Friendship Challenge!

Hidee Ho stampers,

I can't believe I have not posted a card in here with my Kraftin' Kimmie stamps since October!  Ridiculous!

Well, I couldn't resist this challenge as the easiest cards for me to make are Friendship and Love ones.  For this one, I used the super cute Happy Hedge-hugs, which are being released today.  The stamps are all so cute and the sentiments are just as adorable, such as the one I used, which is 'Sending Hedge-hugs to you'.

For the pink matting, I sponged the new Daisy  (Petite Posies) stencil with the also new Crisp Crimson Kraftin' Kimmie Ink.   I coloured the main image with Copics, framed it in a rectangle die, then onto a Deckle edge frame.   I matted the pink layer onto some black CS, then onto a base of Cool Caribbean.  I added some sparkly ric rac and some matching Prima Flowers.  I know just who I'm sending this to.
