Wow, it's Wonderful Wednesday again with Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

Well, here we are, it's Wonderful Wednesday at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps again already, where does the time go?

I made a simple card this time using one of Kimmie's Birthday Trinkets.  They are such fun to play with and you can use them just as the sentiment on your creation or as the focal point as I've done here.  I used Always Artichoke for my card base and also for the swirly behind the trinket.  I used some lovely Authentique Grace patterned paper for my background and matted some Daffodil Delight behind it and also behind the trinket.  I coloured the trinket with my Copics using colours that match the patterned paper, added some Always Artichoke Grosgrain ribbon and some matching green gems.  As I said, a simple card, but I like it.

Why don't you make something using a Kraftin' Kimmie stamp?  As always, Wonderful Wednesday is Anything goes, so no theme or sketch to worry about and if you link up your creation to the Kraftin' Kimmie Challenge blog, you might win some KK rubber.

Happy Stamping,
Diana

Woo Hoo!! It's Wonderful Wednesday at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

Welcome to another Wonderful Wednesday challenge and as always....it's ANYTHING GOES!! What will YOU create??!!
Your submission must use at least one Kraftin' Kimmie Stamp but can be any theme, any style, any design and it can be a card, a scrapbook page, an altered item....you name it!! It must be a NEW creation and you can enter on this post until Tuesday, April 29th!! What do you think.....wanna WIN??

P.S. Did you know that the NEW April stamps are NOW available?? YUP! Hop on over to the Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Shop and check 'em out!!

I wanted to make an Anniversary card, so I used the cute little girl and guy from the 'Sending All My Love' set by our fabulous artist Cheryl Alger.  I used Poppy Parade for the card base with Baja Breeze matted onto it.  All the rest are fabby cute papers from Doodlebug, called Lovebirds, so perfect for this card.  As always, I coloured the image with my Copics, then I cut it out using my Labels Fifteen Spellbinders set.  I left the cardstock inside the die and sponged around the outside using Pretty in Pink chalk ink, then I put a frame around it using some of the patterned paper.  I added some gorgeous Poppy Parade ribbon, added  3 half pearls, then I stamped 'Happy Anniversary' from Kraftin' Kimmie's Everyday Sentiments on a scrap of Baja Breeze and that's it.  I had fun colouring this cute little couple.  I think they are perfect for an Anniversary or Engagement or a Valentine's card.  Okay, now it's your turn.  Can't wait to see your creations!!

Happy kraftin'!

For my card, I used the adorable Lucas with his froggy friends.  I adore this image as I like to send cards to a few boys in my family and sons of some friends too.  I think this is just a perfect boy image, so typical of most boys.  So no girls stuff on this card, I kept it simple.  I used some perfect papers from MME, called Quite Contrary, Jack and Jill.  I love the little raindrops on the background pattern, it just seems to work with splashing in the puddles.  I just did my own thing as far as the sketch and I added some red GG ribbon, then tied a frog charm onto it using some linen thread.  I put some lime green stickles around the image layer, then I stamped the sentiment onto a little cloud punched out of a die.  I also did some sponging around the edges of all the papers with some Walnut Stain Distress Ink.

As you hop from blog to blog, be sure to leave a comment at each and every stop because some lucky stampers will win packages of these incredible stamps from the new release!!
