Well, speaking of snow, the fabulous Jessica, who is one of Kimmie's Guest Designers for this month, has challenged us all to use snow somewhere on our cards. You can use whatever you like for the snow, I used my Stardust Stickles.
I decided to use Skiing Miles as I think he's so cute and he will work well with snow on the card. I used my trusty Copics of course and I used the stickles for the hill he just jumped over. I used my square Nesties and Scalloped Square Nesties to mat him on, then I set him on some Stampin' Up DP, I think it's called Candy Cane Christmas. I used Real Red, Pink Pirouette and Baja Breeze cardstock, stamped Merry Christmas with versamark and heat embossed it with Detail White.
So girls, pull out your snowy stuff and make a card for us to check out. Just link your card up to Kraftin' Kimmies Challenge Blog and if you use a Kraftin'Kimmie Stamp, you will be in the running to win the stamp that Jessica has used on her card.
Happy Stamping,
Blessings,
Diana
Wonderful card, Diana! Lovin' the colours!
ReplyDeleteI assume you mean London, Ontario, rather than England?! Otherwise I would have taken you out myself! Saying that, the snowfall has been really heavy and I've been stuck in East Sussex for 3 days! Boo!
But it was worth driving through the snow just to see me, right?? RIGHT??? hehe! Skiing Miles looks fantastic and I LOVE those new papers by Stampin UP and the matching big buttons! Great job!
ReplyDeleteSuch a cute card Diana!! Love the buttons, they match the paper exactly!! Creative greetings, Frea
