Hey! It's the Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps October Release!
Hi everyone! As the title says, it's time for yet another amazing release over at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps. I just love all the stamps. I have chosen to use just the kitty in the mailbox from the Candy Cane Kisses set by Cheryl Alger. I adore everything she creates.
For my card, I used the Bo Bunny 'Candy Cane Lane' pad. It has pages for Christmas and some for just winter. I had no idea the name was so similar to the stamp set until I just checked! Anyway, I used Blushing Bride for the card base, then I used Bermuda Bay for most of my matting. I framed my image with Bermuda Bay Scalloped Nesties after cutting out the image using my Oval Nesties. Since there was a little gold star on one of the little trees, I thought I would add a star to the mix in Marigold Morning and I put a sentiment from the set on the star. I added a clear snowflake on the pink patterned paper and I added some Stardust Stickles to it as well as putting a little on the snowy ground.
As well as this great set of stamps, we have a Pom Pom Fairy and a Sparkle Fairy from the uber talented Annie Rodrigue and another set from Thais Narcisso called 'Merry Christ-mouse'. You won't see a cuter set of mice anywhere!!
Now be sure to hop around to the blogs of all the Krafty Girls and leave a comment at each of them for more chances to win a package of some of this new Krafty rubber.
Happy Hopping,
Diana

It's Wonderful Wednesday again at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!!
Yep, it's Wonderful Wednesday again, one of my favourite Challenges!! As always, the theme is 'Anything Goes' and that suits me just fine.
For my card, I have used the awesome Lucas from our wonderfully talented artist, Cheryl. I just adore all her stamps. Did you ever see a cuter stone age boy? I am always looking for stamps to use on masculine cards, so this was a perfect choice for me. To be honest, it was given for a birthday almost as soon as I had it finished.
This stamp comes in a set with two other adorable 'Cave Kids', the other two are Lulu and Lexi. I coloured with my trusty Copics, then matted the image layer onto one of the Deckle dies from Spellbinders. I used some very cute papers from Basic Grey, Max and Whiskers. I used a great little canvas tag and stamped 'You Rock', which is one of the 7 sentiments that come with the set. They are all so clever and cute. My card base is Kraft and the frame and 'Happy Birthday' sentiment are punched from Dusty Durango card stock. I added some linen thread and a little green dinosaur to the tag.
Be sure to visit Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Shop to see this and other amazing stamps and don't forget to link up your own Wonderful Wednesday 'Anything Goes' creation to the Kraftin' Kimmie Challenge Blog for a chance to win some Kraftin' Kimmie rubber.
Happy craftin',

Wonderful Wednesday, August 6th.
Well, hello all you lovely stamping folks out there. I have to confess that I have not been around much for a while. I have been into some other creative projects, which have tied me up. I have enjoyed them though and now I'm back to my other love, cardmaking.
As the title says, It's Wonderful Wednesday, which of course is whatever theme you choose. For my card, I chose Lulu playing the violin from the set 'You're a Rock Star'. I used a simple layout, my lovely patterned papers are American Crafts pad, XOXO, which came from Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Shop. I coloured Lulu with my crafty Copics, added some die cut musical notes, a row of bling in pink and clear gems, then added some lovely flowers and some punched out leaves. I used Regal Rose and Cranberry Crisp cardstock.
Okay, so now it's your turn to make and Anything Goes creations and link it to the Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Challenge Blog for a chance to win some Krafty rubber.
Happy Stampin'

I made a couple of very simple cards this week. Sometimes I like to go back to this style of card. Actually I needed a card for the passing of a gentleman and somehow ended up with the second card, which as you can see, has a lot of pink in it. So I started over and made something that I hope is more suitable. I don't think cards always have to be complicated and fancy, sometimes they are just as pretty if they are kept simple. I just used the 'With Deepest Sympathy' stamp from the Kraftin' Kimmie Sympathy Sentiments Set. It comes with several sentiments and a beautiful flower. Now it's your turn,
Happy Stamping,

Wow, it's Wonderful Wednesday again with Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!
Well, here we are, it's Wonderful Wednesday at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps again already, where does the time go?
I made a simple card this time using one of Kimmie's Birthday Trinkets. They are such fun to play with and you can use them just as the sentiment on your creation or as the focal point as I've done here. I used Always Artichoke for my card base and also for the swirly behind the trinket. I used some lovely Authentique Grace patterned paper for my background and matted some Daffodil Delight behind it and also behind the trinket. I coloured the trinket with my Copics using colours that match the patterned paper, added some Always Artichoke Grosgrain ribbon and some matching green gems. As I said, a simple card, but I like it.
Why don't you make something using a Kraftin' Kimmie stamp? As always, Wonderful Wednesday is Anything goes, so no theme or sketch to worry about and if you link up your creation to the Kraftin' Kimmie Challenge blog, you might win some KK rubber.

Woo Hoo!! It's Wonderful Wednesday at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!
Welcome to another Wonderful Wednesday challenge and as always....it's ANYTHING GOES!! What will YOU create??!!

P.S. Did you know that the NEW April stamps are NOW available?? YUP! Hop on over to the Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Shop and check 'em out!!
I wanted to make an Anniversary card, so I used the cute little girl and guy from the 'Sending All My Love' set by our fabulous artist Cheryl Alger. I used Poppy Parade for the card base with Baja Breeze matted onto it. All the rest are fabby cute papers from Doodlebug, called Lovebirds, so perfect for this card. As always, I coloured the image with my Copics, then I cut it out using my Labels Fifteen Spellbinders set. I left the cardstock inside the die and sponged around the outside using Pretty in Pink chalk ink, then I put a frame around it using some of the patterned paper. I added some gorgeous Poppy Parade ribbon, added 3 half pearls, then I stamped 'Happy Anniversary' from Kraftin' Kimmie's Everyday Sentiments on a scrap of Baja Breeze and that's it. I had fun colouring this cute little couple. I think they are perfect for an Anniversary or Engagement or a Valentine's card. Okay, now it's your turn. Can't wait to see your creations!!
Happy kraftin'!
